Although E-A-R has numerous sizes and styles of molded off-the-shelf molded parts, sometimes a custom configuration is required. In those cases, our CAD capabilities can help fine-tune the specific design, translate drawings into tooling and expedite prototype parts. Depending on the molding material used, parts can be transfer- or compression-molded, or they can even be die-cut. Bonded metal inserts are possible as well.
